树形聚合物及功能化结构设计研究新进展 被引量:2

摘要 综述了树形聚合物的最新研究进展 ,重点介绍了近年来树形聚合物功能化结构设计及其在光、电信息及生物技术等新领域中的应用研究、发展趋势和应用前景。 The progress in the research and develop me nt in dendrimers was reviewed in this paper. The synthetic methods and the struc ture of dendrimers, especially focusing on the synthesis and designation of the functional dendrimers for specific applications were discussed. Divergent synthe tic method and convergent synthetic method as two mainly used synthetic methods were introduced. The structure models of dendrimers based on the modern analytic methods mainly contain D-H model and L-M model. The designing of the function al dendrimers for applying in light, electricity and biotechnology has been emph asized, such as for the photoswitchable dendrimers, functional dendrimers for li ght-harvesting systems, carries for delivery system and biological detectors an d so on. The combination of the functional groups on the dendrimers basically re lies on the so-called core-shell structure of the dendrimers, so the functiona l groups are introduced either by internal groups functionalized methods or surf ace groups functionalized methods.
