摘要 综述了超声辐照乳液聚合的特点、聚合成核机理、影响因素及反应动力学特点 ,简要介绍了超声辐照无皂乳液聚合、超声辐照微乳液聚合、超声辐照乳液共聚和纳米粒子存在下的超声辐照乳液聚合。 Ultrasound is sonic wave of frequency of 2 ×104 Hz^107 Hz. When an ultrasonic wave passes through a liquid medium, ult rasonic cavitation can generate high local temperature and high local pressure, and rapid heating and cooling rate. Therefore, ultrasonic irradiation has the mu lti-effects, such as dispersion, emulsification, and initiation, and ultrasound is a useful tool for initiating the emulsion polymerization with low concentrati on of surfactant and the absence of initiator. The characteristics, polymerizati on mechanism, influencing factors as well as the reaction kinetics in ultrasonic ally initiated emulsion polymerization were reviewed. Soapless emulsion polymeri zation, microemulsion polymerization, emulsion copolymerization and encapsulatin g emulsion polymerization through ultrasonic irradiation were also briefly intro duced.
