摘要
介绍一种新型智能控制系统的设计.该系统使用交叉耦合模糊逻辑控制器,控制机床的进给速度,控制器的参数用遗传搜索全局优化.结果表明,该方法可以有效提高CNC 机床的成形精度。
A design of new-type intelligent control system is presented in this paper. The feeding speed of CNC machine tool is controlled by fuzzy logical controller with cross-coupled in the system, and the global optimization of parameters of the controller is made by using a genetic search algorithm. Experimental results show that the new system is very effective to improve upon the contoured accuracy of CNC machine tool.
