摘要
采用水相悬浮聚合法 ,合成较高分子量聚丙烯腈 ( PAN) ;讨论了不同条件对聚合反应及其产物的影响 ,并对样品结构和性能进行 DSC、GPC、IR分析和表征。结果表明 ,此方法可得到 Mw=2 .7× 10 5~8.9× 10 5,D=2 .71,三单元等规立构分数 X=0 .35 1的 PAN。
Higher molecular polyacrylonitrile(PAN) wa s prepared by the method of suspension polymerization in aqueous medium. The eff ects of different polymerization condition on polymerization were studied. The s tructure and properties of PAN samples were characterized via DSC, GPC, IR. It s hows that [AKM-] w of samples can reach 89×104, the distribution value o f relative molecular weight is as little as 2.71, the fraction value of ster eospecific sequence can reach 0.351.
