摘要
对淀粉和聚乙烯 ( PE)混合纤维的结晶结构进行了研究。结果表明 ,经过用物理和化学方法处理过的淀粉增强了与 PE的相容性 ,随着淀粉含量的增加 ,纤维的结晶度和熔融温度降低 ;随着拉伸倍数的增加 ,纤维的 X- ray衍射 110面衍射峰的半高宽数值增加 ,晶粒尺寸和结晶度逐渐减少 ,而熔融温度略有升高 ,但是晶型不变 ,因有一些淀粉颗粒突出 ,纤维表面不平滑。
The crystalline structure of starch and PE mixde fibers was studied. The result show that the starch treating with physica l and chemical method is reinforced the consistence with PE. The crystallinity a nd melting temperature reduces with increasing of content of the starch. Data of half-high width of X-ray diffract peak in 110 surface of the fibers increases and the crystallinity and measurement of the crystalline grain reduces with inc reasing of drawing ratio of the fibers, but the crystalline form is not changeab le. The surface of the fibers is not level and smooth for the protrusion of some granule of the starch.
