摘要
用 Haake- 90型双螺杆挤出机 ,采用熔融共混工艺制备了一系列组成比、增容剂含量不同的 PP/PA- 6共混物。用 TR- 10 C型介电损耗测量仪测试了这些材料的介电性能。用 SEM研究了共混物组成与增容剂用量对共混物微观结构的影响。通过对上述材料微观结构形貌和介电谱图的分析 ,讨论了该体系介电性能与微观结构的关系。发现分散相 PA- 6粒径大小、分散程度及与 PP基体界面粘结程度对共混体系的介电性能有显著影响。描述了共混物组成、增容剂含量与共混体系微观结构和介电性能的关系。
A series of PP/PA-6 polymer blends wer e prepared using a Haake-90 twin-screw extruder with different blending ratio an d amount of compatibilizer by means of melting extrusion. The dielectric propert ies of the blends were measured with TR-10C Dielectric Loss Tester. The microst ructures of the blends were investigated with SEM facility. By analyzing the SEM photo and the dielectric spectra, the relationship between the dielectric prope rties and the morphology of the blends was discussed. It is found that the PA-6 particle size, dispersion and the interface adhesion between PA-6 and PP matri x influence the dielectric properties of the blends. The relationship between bl end ratio, the amount of compatibilizer and the microstructure and then the diel ectric properties of the blends were concluded.
