摘要
利用醇解反应 ,将γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中水解速度较快的甲氧基置换成水解速度较慢的乙氧基或异丙氧基 ,通过乳液共聚合成了高硅烷含量的硅丙复合乳液。用 NMR,GC对硅烷单体进行了结构分析及转化率测试 ,并利用红外光谱对共聚物进行了表征。研究了高有机硅含量对共聚物膜力学性能及吸水率的影响 ,证实了高含量硅烷组分能显著地提高丙烯酸酯乳液的物理性能。
Two novel monomers, 3-(triethoxysilyl)p ro pyl and 3-(tri-2-propoxysily)propyl methacrylates which hydrolyze speed are s lower than 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methactylate, were synthesized by a acid- catalyzed alcohol exchange reaction. Structures of these two monomers as well as their conversion were characterized by NMR and GC. The structures of acrylate b ased on copolymers modifled with two monomers were also characterized by IR and DSC. The tensile strength and hydroscopicity of polymer films were studied and a nalysized in accordance with the functions of silicone based chain segments. The result indicates that the copolymers with high organosiloxane content possess e xcellent mechanical property and water resistance.
