摘要
根据一大块式曲柄连杆机构的机器钢筋混凝土基础的振动测试与振动分析 ,诊断了基础发生工程事故的原因 ,并结合工程特点 ,在不改变基础设计的动力参数的情况下 ,确定了灌浆加固处理方法 ,并介绍了灌浆加固处理的效果。
Four large concrete foundations for granite sawing machines have failed in a few hundred hours of normal service.Severe cracks developed due to excessive vibration.The over_vibration of whole system,in turn,caused unsafety for the sawing operation.In order to investigate failure causes and to restore the function of foundations,field test and analysis are carried out.Based on test results and dynamic analysis of the foundations,the causes of the faiure are carefully identified.After field tests and theoretical analyses,a multi_approaches repair strategy is implemented to restore the function of the foundations,in particular in relation to excessive cracks and over_vibrations.It is proven that the repair strategy implementation is successful.
