印度利用外资及对我国利用外资的启示

INDIA'S UTILIZATION OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT AND ITS ENLIGHTENMENT TO THAT OF OUR COUNTRY

印度对外经济发展战略的演变,印度限制与利用相结合,引导外资流向重点发展部门,外国投资产业结构日趋合理,强调对引进技术的消化与扩散,强调培训印度人才等经验值得我国学习;但印度政局不稳定,对外资限制过于严厉,投资环境差等教训值得我国借鉴。

The essay expounds the policies htat India utilzes foreign imvestment in different period of time, as well as the effect and cause of its policies, which shows the evolvement of Indian strategy in foreign economics development. The policies that India selectively absorbs foreign in vestment through the way of the integration of restriction and utilization have been proved to be systemic and self-contained , but also steady and continuous. India introduxes foreign investment into osme key sectors of the country , which makes the foreigh ,investment industrial configuration more and more reasonable, and which makes a rapid growth of both in dense-capitaled foreign enterprises and in high-technoogy ones, India emphasizes the utilization of foreign investment and the training of Indian talents. All htese experiences are well worth learning from, but the Indian political environment is not steady, and its restriction to foreign investment is too strict ,which makes a bad investment environment.
