CAPITAL FLIGHT AND GOVERNMENT'S POLICY

资本外逃是严格管制政策下的非正常的资本外流,对资本流出国经济产生不良影响。我国是资本短缺的发展中国家,近年资本外逃问题日趋严重,原因之一在于政府有关政策存在缺陷,为此,政府政策必须适当调整,消除诱因,堵塞渠道,抑制资本外逃。

Capital Flight is abnormal capital lose under strict capital-control policy, it will make bad influence on the state which is losing it`s capital .Our country is a deveioping country lack of capital ,and this problem of capital flight is becoming more and more serious this year due to some of the government`s policy mostly ,so the policy must be regulated properiy to porevent the capital from losing.
