人工血管移植术治疗下肢动脉缺血67例

Surgical Treatment of Bypass Using Vascular Prosthesis in 67 Patients with Lower Extremities Ischemia

目的 :探讨人工血管旁路移植术治疗下肢动脉严重缺血疾病的临床疗效。方法 :对我院采用人工血管旁路移植术治疗下肢动脉缺血进行回顾性分析。结果 :67例患者中死亡 3例 ( 3 / 67)。术后下肢动脉缺血改善良好 ,踝 /肱指数 (ABI)有不同程度改善者 5 5例 ( 5 5 / 67) ,ABI升高幅度为 0 .2 1～ 0 .49,平均升高 0 .3 2。移植血管阻塞9例 ( 9/ 64 )。结论

Objective: To study the clinically curative effect of treating lower extremities ischemia by vascular prosthesis. Methods:The patients with lower extremities ischemia who were treated by bypass were analysed by retrospective study. Results:3 in 67 patients(3/67) were dead. The improvement for ischemia was received. Ankle/brachial index (ABI) was improved for 55(55/64). Increasement of ABI was from 0.21 to 0.49.Average is 0.32. Obstruction of transplanted vessel occurred in 9 patients(9/64). Conclusion:The bypass using vascular prosthesis is an effective revascularlization in treating lower extremities ischemia.
