摘要
目的 建立黄芪中主要有效成分黄芪甲苷的RP HPLC。方法 采用KromasilC18( 2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,乙腈 水 ( 3 0∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 0 3nm ,以卡马西平为内标。结果 线性范围为 0 .1~ 1.0mg·mL-1,三水平的平均回收率 ( % )分别为 82 .1,85 .4和 88.4,RSD( % )分别为 2 .88,1.3 1和 2 .67。结论 本法准确 ,可靠 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ,which was known as the active constituent of Radix Astragali.METHOD Acetonitrile-water(30∶70) was used as the mobile phase on a Kromasil C 18 column.The detector was operated at 203 nm and carbamazepine was added as the internal standard.RESULTS The method was carried out over the range of 0.1~1.0 mg·mL -1 for astragaloside Ⅳ.The recoveries(%) were 82.1,85.4 and 88.4 with the RSD 2.88,1.31 and 2.67 for three concentrations,respectively.CONCLUSION The method had good accuracy and repeatability and it can be use for the quality control of Radix Astragali.
