基于VXI总线的电子装备自动测试系统研究

Research on ATS of Electronic Equipment Based on VXI Bus

基于VXI总线的电子装备自动测试系统(ATS),以VXI测试系统为核心完成数据采集和测控,战场检测车VXI系统和后方VXI系统通过公共通信网和卫星通信网构成远程战场支援系统。系统的网络结构采用以太网,顶层网络协议采用TCP/IP协议。所测试的数字信号按照时分多路复用原则合成脉冲序列调制到信道终端,其输出的中频信号经二次调制到高频载波由卫星信号发射天线发出。系统采用外置式GPIB控制方式。系统硬件包括外置主控计算机、VXI总线模块仪器、GPIB仪器、信号转接组合以及适配器等。系统软件采用LabWindows/CVI编制,包括网络编程和测试软件编程2部分。

Taken VXI test system as the kernel, ATS of the electronic equipment based on VXI bus accomplishes data acquisition, test and control. The long-distance battlefield supporting system is composed of VXI system of battlefield test vehicle and rear VXI system by the common communications and satellite communications networks. Ethernet is adopted in the network structure of the system and TCP/IP is used in the top level of the network protocol. The digital signals tested by the ATS are compounded the impulse sequence and modulated to the terminal of the channel according to the time divide multiplex (TDM) principle. The deferent intermediate frequency signal is secondary modulated to the high frequency carrier wave and sent out by secondary planet signal project antenna. The system adopts outer GPIB control mode. The hardware of system includes main-control computer, VXI bus module instruments, GPIB instruments, the signal transfer unit and adapters etc. The software of system adopts Lab Windows/CVI design, including network program and test software program.
