摘要
计算机辅助装配工艺设计(CAAPP),是用计算机自动生成装配工艺文件的方法。产品装配模型是支持产品从概念设计、零件设计,到装配设计的产品模型,描述了给定产品的装配过程。其关联由装配体的静止基准件、相对运动件、贴合关系矩阵和轴孔配合关系矩阵表征,并采用Solid Edge实现了产品装配模型设计功能。为此,提出了包括装配信息获取、动态数据库和装配工艺知识库访问、装配仿真和自动决策的装配工艺设计与输出的CAAPP系统。建立了基于集成设计(DFA)评价的、面向装配设计和优化装配工艺的装配结构分析、约束分析、公差分析、序列规划装配CAD/CAPP集成系统框架。
Computer Aided Assembly Process Planning (CAAPP) is a method of automatically generating assembly process files with computer. Product assembly model is a product model that supports designs of concept, part and assembly, and illustrates assembly procedure of giver product. Its conjunction is materialize by immobile base-part, relatively moving part, contact matrix and real fit matrix, and its designing function is realized in Solid Edge. Therefore, presented CAAPP system with obtainment of assembly information, dynamic database, assembly process knowledge base, assembly simulation and assembly process planning and generating on automatically decision-making. It sets up integrated system framework of assembly CAD/CAPP on the basis of DFA evaluation, design for assembly, and assembly structure analysis, constraint analysis, tolerance analysis, sequence planning of assembly process optimizing.
