摘要
在研究铁屑内电解工艺的基本原理和反应机理的基础上,通过正交实验和单因素影响试验,研究各工艺因素对处理效果的影响。实验结果显示,在pH越低、停留时间越长、通气量越大、温度越高的情况下,处理效果越好,影响大小依次为:pH值→温度→通气量→停留时间。色度和CODCr的去除率分别在40%和30%左右,且可生化性提高,达到了预处理的目的。对pH和停留时间进行的单因素实验发现pH在2~4效果最好,停留时间在40min以上,处理效果趋于稳定。为研究添加剂对处理效果的影响,特选定三氧化二铝、二氧化锰和氧化铜这几种金属氧化物作为添加剂,在相同的条件下,添加不同比例不同的金属氧化物后,处理效果均有提高。
On the basis of the basic principle and reaction mechanism of iron chip innerelectrolysis,and by orthogonal experiment and single factor influential tests,the effects of technological factors on the treatment results are studied. The results show that the lower pH value, the longer retension time,the larger aeration volume and the higher temperature are,the better efficiencies can be achieved. Usually the removal rate of chromaticity and CODCr are about 40% and 30% respectively.Also,the influences of metal oxides,used as additives,are studied through adding them to the Fe-C carrier. It is found that,under the same conditions,when adding different metal oxides with different proportions,the removal rate of CODCr is improved from 32.5% to 38.3%~48.6% and the removal rate of chromaticity is improved from 42% to 47%~60%.
