摘要
针对转炉除尘废水高pH、高硬度的水质特点,通过两种实验方法,选取复合配方的水质稳定剂,同时模拟废水的循环使用过程检验水质稳定剂的阻垢效果。结果表明,在高pH、高硬度的水质条件下,所选复合配方水质稳定剂有良好的阻垢性能;对于生产中所用的除尘废水,在高pH条件下,若Ca2+质量浓度<800mg L,所选阻垢剂可将结垢率控制在5%以下。
The dustremoving effluent is characteristic of high hardness and high pH. According to this, some compound waterstabilizer are chosen to research on the scale inhibition capacity. The recycling process of dust removing is simulated and the scale inhibition effect is tested. Results show that compound waterstabilizer has superior scale inhibition capacity. Under the conditions of high pH, if the concentration of Ca2+ doesn't exceed 800 mg/L, the scale inhibitor chosen can control the scale rate at less than 5%.
