一种黏泥剥离剂评价方法的初步探讨

Discussion of an evaluation method of biofilm strippers

从黏泥剥离剂直接作用结果入手,建立了重量法评价方法。初步探讨了重量法的干燥条件以及黏泥致密性不一致影响因素的消除,考察了重量法评价结果的合理性和可重复性。实验表明,黏泥处于水饱和状态下直接称重的操作比较合理;采用流速冲刷可以消除黏泥致密性不一致对评价结果产生的负影响;重量法能够合理地评价出同一药剂的剥离效果随浓度变化的趋势,也能够客观地评价出不同药剂剥离效果的优劣;同一条件下,进行8次实验,重量法评价结果的相对标准偏差为8.04%。

The method of weighing was established according to the effect of biofilm strippers. The drying condition of the weighing and the elimination of variance of biofilm density have been discussed. The feasibility and repetition of the weighing are observed. The results show that the operation of the weighing when biofilm is in water saturation is rational. The negative effect of variance of biofilm density on evaluation can be avoided by washing. The changing trend of the same stripper with concentration and the disparity in removal effect among different strippers can be impersonally valued by the weighing. The relative standard deviation of evaluation effect of the weighing acquired through an 8time experiment under the same condition is 8.04 percent.
