Study on Reform Pattern of Electric Power Market

通过对欧美一些国家电力市场化改革的实地考察,分析了这些国家的成功经验和失败教训。对我国电力市场化改革进行了较深入的思考,指出改革中需要注意的一些问题:要结合国情,结合电力系统的客观规律,总体规划,周密设计,分步实施,完善立法体系。

Based on in situ investigation of electri power market reform in several countries, this paper analyzed their experiences and lessons. In deer consideration of domestic electric power market reform, this paper points out some problems that should be taken into consideration on: real domestic conditions and objective pattern of power system; global planning; sophisticated designing; stepbystep realization; legal system improvement.
