摘要
以高性能高氯化聚乙烯为基料,聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺和季戊四醇为膨胀阻燃体系,通过混料实验法设计确定基本配方。在此基础上,探讨了阻燃增效剂、炭层增强剂和阻燃抑烟剂对涂层的致密性、均匀度、强度以及涂层的耐火性能等的影响,确定了它们的最佳浓度。
Intumescent flameretardant system of the HHCPE Coatings such as ammonium polyphosphate(APP), melamine(MEL), pentaerythriol(PE) was studied by mixed compound experiment method to investigate effects of fire retardant synergistic agent, carbon layer reinforcing agent and fire retardant smoke suppressing agent on compactability, degree of homogeneity, strength and fire resistance of coating layer. Their optimum concentrations were determined.
