Complete Management of the Financial Institution's Participation in the Investment by International Monetary Organizations

借用国际金融组织贷款 ,业已成为我国利用外资的重要形式。财政部门能否有效参与国际金融组织贷款项目全过程管理 ,将关系我国经济社会的全面发展。本文从财政部门参与国际金融组织贷款管理的实情出发 。

In light of the fact that loaning from international monetary organizations has been a significant form of China's foreign investment attraction, an effective participation of the government financial institutions in the complete process of loaning is a key to the reasonable utilization of the investment and therefore to the healthy development of the national economy. The present paper proposes measures that ought to be taken in such participation.
