摘要
企业技术创新是一项全面的系统工程,要使企业真正成为技术创新的主体,仅靠企业加强内部环境建设是不够的,还需要技术创新外部环境的有力支持。从企业技术创新外部环境建设的视角,分析了现阶段我国政府在企业技术创新中的作用,以及存在的主要问题;探讨了政府在推动企业技术创新中所需进行的职能转变,并就更好地发挥我国政府推动技术创新的作用提出了具体建议。
?Enterprise technology innovation is a comprehensive system. To enable enterprise to be principal part of technology innovation, it's insufficient to depend on enterprise, to strengthen interior environmental construction, exterior environmental sustain is also needed. By the view of constructing exterior environment for enterprise technology innovation, this paper analyzes the function and existing problems of Chinese government in this area nowadays, then it introduces the suggestions in consummating the function of Chinese government in promoting technology innovation and solving the related problems.
