国际贸易理论中的环境因素

Analysis of the Environmental Factors of International Trade Theories

分析了将环境因素纳入国际贸易理论框架后,环境因素对比较优势理论的影响,着重论述了在环境成本内部化的前提下,环境比较优势对贸易参与国的贸易模式和贸易利得的制约。指出随着环境要素禀赋稀缺性的不断增强,其决定贸易模式的作用也将随之增强,尤其强调了对发展中国家和发达国家之间的贸易所产生的影响。依据以上论证,提出了作为发展中国家的中国在解决贸易与环境问题时所应采取的对策。

?Through the analysis of the environment cost in the frame of the law of comparative advantage, the paper points out that the internalization of environment cost will influence the basis and the gains from trade under comparative advantage to a certain extent. Meanwhile, it also emphasizes the worsening situation of scarcity of environment endowment will have greater impact on international trade models, especially those which will affect the trade between developing countries and developed countries. Furthermore, for China, the biggest developing country, some suggestions are given to settle the dilemma between increasing international trade and protecting environment.
