On Digital Reference Service

指出数字参考服务是一种新的理念,是传统的参考服务与现代技术相结合的产物。它能充分协调馆员的智慧与信息资源,并将服务与资源置于同等重要的地位。阐明我国的数字参考服务起步较晚,没有形成规模。提出了坚持个性化与合作化的统一;坚持多样化与标准化的统一;提高馆员素质,建设高水平专业咨询队伍及合作开发,打造品牌等数字参考服务的发展策略。

?The thesis points out digital reference service is a new concept and the product of traditional library and information technology. The DRS can collaborate the wisdom of librarian and information resources,and put the service of librarians in the same important way as the resources. In China digital reference service is very limited, so we should adopt the strategy of developing Chinese DRS such as peristing in the unification of individuation and cooperation, of diversification and standardization, and improve the librarian's ability in order to build a librarian group with high level of services and so on. The multi organization should be collaborated in order to make distinguished DRS. 
