摘要
经絮凝沉淀后(沉淀时间为6h),采用内循环UASB-氧化沟工艺流程处理脱墨漂白浆废水。研究结果表明,当内循环UASB反应器的COD容积负荷为8kg/(m3·d),卡鲁塞尔氧化沟的污泥COD负荷为0.14kg/kg(以单位VSS计)时,在进水COD,BOD5,SS分别为5500mg/L,2500mg/L,2200mg/L的条件下,出水各项指标完全达到GB8978—1996一级排放标准,处理后水可回用。
The treatment of deinking wastewater by the process of inside circulating UASB reactor-oxidation ditch process has been conducted after coagulation sediment. The results show that when the SS, COD, BOD5 of the influent are 5 500 mg/L, 2 500 mg/L, 2 200 mg/L respectively and when the volume loading rate of inside cycle UASB is 8 kg/(m3·d) and sludge loading rate of carrousel oxidation ditch is 0.14 kg/kg, the quality of effluent all reaches the First Grade Discharge Standard of GB8978-1996. The treated water could be reused.
