论道德的主体性和规范性

On Moral Subjectivity and Prescriptiveness

道德主体论和道德规范论的观点,分别从主体性和规范性的角度,在一定意义和一定程度上揭示了道德的功能和本质,但二者又都存在着严重的缺陷,割裂了道德的主体性和道德的规范性的关系,并将其一方视为道德的本质。实际上,道德的主体性与道德的规范性是紧密联系着的两个方面,二者统一于道德现象本身,不能人为地将二者割裂开来,对立起来;道德的主体性主要是从本源方面对道德的把握,道德的规范性则主要是从功能方面对道德的把握;在道德的本质问题上应当超越主体论和规范论的狭隘理解,要站在更高的高度和在更广阔的视野中,理解和把握道德的本质。

Both moral function and its essence are improtant.But there are important defects in both sides:apart from the relationship between its subject character and rule character,it considers one side as morality's essence.Actually,subject character and rule character are two sides which have close relations to each other,being united with moral phenomena.So one can not be cut apart from the other.The subject character focuses on morality's origin,while the rule character puts importance on moral functions.We should surpass the narrow view of cutting apart the two sides to understand moral essence correctly.
