The revolution of modern science & technique (In short ,S&T) brings us not only happiness and hope,but also bad effects from the S&T when it is used as a tool,such as the destruction of the ecological environment and material civilizition,the emerging of spiritual credibility crisis and the changing of human natune.The reasons of this misforture existing in the S&T laputa island originate from the ignorance the S&T limits,the practice of economism and the pursuit of value'orientation that is only good for itself.The moral ladder,which consists of conscious undertaking of moral responsibilities for scientist and technician,correct treating of S&T benifits to the governments and enterprises and supporting of S&T justice by the broad humanist and the public, will help us go out of the S&T Laputa island.
