我国社会阶层构成的新变化对统一战线的影响及对策

An Analysis of the Influence and Countermeasure of the United Front Based on the New Changes in Present Chinese Social Classes

当前我国社会阶层构成出现了新变化,一些新的社会阶层正在逐渐形成。这种新变化对统一战线的影响是:工人阶级内部出现了不同的相对独立的阶层,使得工人阶级实现自身团结统一的问题突出起来;农民阶级的大规模变化和分化,使得工农联盟的巩固面临新问题;大量的新的社会阶层的出现,使统一战线内部关系出现前所未有的新变化。应对这些新变化的对策有三:一是开展对于阶层构成新变化的调查研究,开拓统一战线工作的新领域;二是适应阶层构成变化的需要,制定和完善相关的政策与措施;三是发挥民主政治的作用,构筑社会各阶层之间的合理的利益格局。

The new changes of Chinese social class at present express that lots of differences between the new and the old source and structure of the working class, which are marked by the appearance of some new social classes. These new changes will affect the United Front in some aspects: the relatively independent class in the working class causes the problem of union to appear, the large scale classification in the peasant class leading to the problem of worker-peasant alliance to change, and many new social classes leading to the inner relations of the United Front to change. So as to deal with these new changes, the author suggests that carrying out the research on the basis of changes and opening up the new fields of the United Front is the first step, that drawing up and consummating the policies and measures is the second step to meet the new social change's demands, and that bringing the democratic policy into play is the third step to build the rational structure of interest during the social classes.
