Reconstruction of Capitalist Industry and Commerce and Development Of Private Economy are Consonant with Historical Process

通过对中国20世纪50年代资本主义工商业进行社会主义改造的回顾和总结,并考察今天资本主义私人所有制存在的环境和条件的变化,可以得出这样的认识:当年对资本主义工商业的改造具有历史必然性;而当前私营经济的发展是社会主义发展中的战略退却,同样符合历史发展的进程。

Through reviewing socialistic reconstruction of capitalist industry and commerce in 1950s, and researching on the changes of existent environment and condition of private ownership, it is thought that socialistic reconstruction of capitalist industry and commerce in those years was of historical inevitability, whereas present development of private economy, which is strategic drawback of socialistic progress, also accords with the developing process of history.
