摘要
现代科技对人类社会的影响日益加深。科技进步给世界带来空前繁荣和文明的同时 ,环境污染、物种灭绝、生态失衡等各种问题随之而来 ,同时也带来人们思想观念的巨大变化。实际上 ,在科技文明背后存在着人的价值观念、伦理道德的危机 ,科技伦理问题越来越突出。为此 ,作为科学技术活动的主体和科技知识最主要的载体——科技工作者 ,有责任、有义务树立坚定的“科技良心”和职业伦理道德 ,为人类的可持续发展尽职尽责 ,使科技文明为人类创造繁荣的同时 。
The function of modern science and technology is all-round. Tr emendous changes have taken place in its role and position. With prehistoric prosperity to the world, various problems, such as environmental polltion, species extinction, unbalanced ecology, have occured. People's thoughts change greatly as well. Behind the civilization of science and technology is deterioration of people’s understandings of values and ethics. The sci-tech staffs are liable to cultivate “sci-tech conscience”and professional ethics for human beings’ consistent development an d prosperity with least negative influence.
