The Source of Venture Capital and Financial Institutions

风险资本来源问题是风险投资发展的一个关键环节。中国目前风险资本来源的特征是企业资金成为主要来源 ,其中来源于金融机构的风险资本较少 ,银行等金融机构的巨大资金资源未在风险投资市场中发挥作用。通过对比借鉴国外成功的经验 ,提出应积极改革国有商业银行 。

The source of venture capital is a key issue in the development of venture capital investment. The characteristics of the present source of venture capital in China are that corporation capital becomes main source, and venture capital from financial institutions is insufficient. The huge capital resource of financial institutions like banks is not fully employed. Reforming the state-owned commercial banks and developing moderate and small financial institutions is the approach to broaden the source of venture capital in China.
