摘要
中国民航企业按照国务院《民航体制改革的实施方案》进行改革 ,最终形成了全国民航三大企业集团。中国民航企业要发挥重组整合效应 ,得到长足发展 ,就必须建立合理、高效、完善的激励机制 ,彻底摆脱陈旧的人力资源管理理念的束缚。具体而言 ,应该解决好优化宏观环境 ,解放思想、转变观念 ,以人本管理为核心 。
China civil aviation enrerprise has been completely r eformed and finally integrated into three Civil Aviation enrerprise groups.It is a right opportunity for China Civil Aviation enterprise to establish reasonable,effective,appropriate motivation mechanism to avoid the influence of traditional human resource management ideas.In detail, the following four aspects of problems should be solved.Optimization of macro environment,changing traditional idea,taking humanist management as essential mamagement idea,developing appropriate function of human resource management department.
