New Connotation of Food Safety and Analysis of the State of Food Safety in China

在过去的几十年中 ,随着“人粮矛盾”的发展 ,世界粮食安全的内涵经历了“总量 -购买 -营养”的转变。中国粮食在总量和购买上基本达到安全水平 ,营养安全水平仍需大幅度提高。当前中国粮食安全水平的提高面临着生产资源减少、贫困人口相对增加和营养需求水平提高的矛盾。立足国内 ,严格控制人口增长。

In the last several decades, along with the developmen t of population and food conflict, the connotation of world food safety suffered the change of “gross-purchase-nutrition”. Food in China obtained safety level basically in gross and purchasing, but the nutrition safety level need increasing to a large extend. Presently we faced with the conflict of decrease of production resource, increase of poverty population relatively and improving of nutrition need. Based on the national resource, to control population increasing strictly, adjust agriculture structure and exert the adjusting effect of international food market are the countermeasures for increasing our country's food safety level.
