Preparation of semiconductor CuS nanoparticles by microwave irradiation

摘要 在2%的硬脂酸的丁醇溶液中,以硝酸铜和硫代乙酰胺为源村料,通过微波介电加热合成了CuS半导体纳米粒子,并用XRD、TEM进行了表征。 CuS nanoparticles have been successfully prepared by a very simple fast reaction between copper nitrate and thioacetamide (TAA) in a butyl alcohol solution contained 2% stearic acid using microwave irradiation. Powder X-ray diffraction ( XRD) patterns indicated that the products were pure hexagonal phase CuS. The products were also characterized by the techniques of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) .
