This paper mainly aimed at the problem of the fatal defect of the existing radar in the modern war and presented a new scheme which made several advantages complemented. The scheme combined the advantage of far work distance of a radar with that of passive reception and concealed work mode of the infrared detection system.It also discussed the operation principle of communication network and the work mode of each infrared detection station in the radar/infrared region recovery system.
