摘要
通过采用红外热像技术掌握了某型号星载EPC(ElectronicPowerConditioner)正样机PCB表面温度分布及其变化情况 ,试验数据的分析处理结果不仅证实了有针对性的热结构设计保证了该型号星载EPC正样机良好的热可靠性 ,同时 。
Temperature distribution and temperature profile of PCB of a certain space borne EPC sample are obtained by using infrared thermal imaging technique, analysis results of the experimental data show that the space borne EPC sample works with high thermal reliability, and validate the feasibility of applications of infrared thermal imaging technique and data processing methods to thermal reliability detection of space borne EPC also.
