摘要
利用挤压铸造制备了Al2O3f/Al-4%Cu合金复合材料,研究了复合材料的凝固偏析.研究结果表明,在复合材料的凝固末期,由于选择结晶,剩余液相中的溶质变化导致基体合金类型的改变,最终凝固偏析主要产生在纤维/基体界面上.偏析对材料的组织结构和性能的影响可能是双重的.
Al 2 O 3f /Al-4%Cu alloy composites are manufactured by squeeze casting.Segregation at interface in the composites is researched.The results indicate that at the end of solidification of the composites,the change of the solute in the surplus liquid phase results in the type of matrix alloy being changed because of the select-ing crystallization,and the segregation at interface is finally formed.There may be the dual effect of the segregation on structures and property of the composites
