NEW TECHNIQUE FOR LONG CAMPAIGN ON NO.1 BF AT WISCO

武钢 1号高炉经技术改造性大修 ,长寿炉身采用新技术 ;高炉炉身冷却采用软水闭路循环 ;选用新型冷却设备 ;内衬选用 Sialon结合的 Si C砖、Si3N4结合的 Si C砖以及浸磷粘土砖 ;采用检测监视等手段 ,以延长炉身寿命 ,取消中修 ,实现高炉寿命

For the major overhaul of No.1 BF at WISCO, a number of new technique have been adopted on shaft such as the close loop circulation of soft water,new type cooling equipments,Sialon bound SiC bricks and on-line inspection and monitoring.To prolong the campaign of the furnace shaft and eliminate midterm overhaul.The campaign of the blast furnace is expected to last as long as 15 years.
