摘要
研究了热处理对 3 0 Cr Mn Si Ni2 A钢性能的影响。试验结果表明 :该钢的最佳热处理制度为 890℃或90 0℃保温 2 0~ 45 m in油冷 ,然后 2 60~ 3 0 0℃回火 2 .5 h。经该热处理制度处理的钢具有较好的强度和韧性配合。在 3 5 0~ 5 5 0℃温度区间回火时 ,该钢出现了明显的回火脆性。冲击韧性的降低是片状渗碳体的析出造成的。 60 0℃以上回火时马氏体边界的渗碳体开始聚集和球化 。
The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A was studied. The result shows that the optimum heat treatment is holding at 890 ℃ or 900 ℃ for 20~45 minutes then oil quenching and tempering at 260~300 ℃ for 150 minutes; The temper embrittlement is observed when the steel is tempered between 350 ℃ and 550 ℃ due to the precipitation of cementite film. The cementite at the boundaries of martencite laths is spheroidized when the steel is tempered at 600 ℃,and the ductility and toughness of steel are increased.
