摘要
针对某冶金企业在热送热装生产组织过程中存在的问题 ,提出了利用业务流程重组的方法对企业的生产业务流程进行改造 ,规划了新的业务流程 ,并对其实施后的预期效果进行了分析。实际应用和理论分析表明 。
According to existing problems in HCR management at a metallurgical enterprise,a method based on business process re-engineering for HCR management was proposed,and a new process of business was designed.The practical and theoretical analysis show that the new process of HCR production management can improve the HCR rate and increase the slab charging temperature greatly.
