摘要
基于各种铸铁件硬度与其初始磁导率成比例的原理,采用电磁感应方法研制了WGQ型微机式金属材质电磁无损检测仪,可成功定量检测包括铁素体可锻铸铁件和珠光体可锻铸铁件在内的各种铸铁件的硬度。也可检测其它钢铁件和有色金属的成分、硬度和裂纹等。其硬度检测精度为HB±10,检测速度可达1500件/h。
On the basis of the principle that hardnesses of various cast iron parts are in proportion to their initial permeability, WGQ microcomputer-based instrument has been developed for metal quality by electromagnetic induction method. It can be used not only for quantitative testing of the hardness of various cast iron parts, including fer-rite and pearlite malleable cast iron parts, but also for testing the component, hardness and cracks of other steel and iron parts and non-ferrous metals. Its hardness testing precision is HB±10 and the testing speed is 1 500 parts per hour.
