较详细地介绍了目前常用的 4种禽类染色体的制备方法 ,同时阐述了染色体制备技术在禽类起源进化、亲缘关系鉴定、杂交不育以及种质评定等诸多方面的应用 。
The paper introduces four methods for avian chromosome preparations and describes the application in avian origin and evolution, relationship, infertility of hybridization and evaluation of germ plasm. This paper also analyzes its actual applied prospect.
