摘要
目的 研究去卵巢后大鼠血清酶和骨元素的变化。方法 15只 60周龄。术前取血 ,测定血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性作为术前组。手术摘除两侧卵巢 ,饲养 6个月后 ,取血清测定上述三种酶活性作为术后组。大鼠处死 ,取髂骨作为实验组。另取 15个 60周龄大鼠 15只 ,处死 ,取髂骨作为对照组 ,用中子活化方法测定 ,骨钙、镁、钠、锰、锶和钾元素的含量。结果 术前血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性分别为 ( 2 1.2 3± 7.11)U/L、( 19.3 2± 4.78)U/L和 ( 15 .0 8± 3 .5 4)U/L ,术后血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性分别为 ( 15 .3 9± 5 .80 )U/L、( 12 .92± 2 .41)U/L和 ( 5 .5 6± 1.0 8)U/L ,摘除卵巢后上述各项生化指标均显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1)。大鼠切除卵巢后实验组髂骨镁元素含量为 ( 4.3 2± 0 .2 0 )mg/g ,对照组髂骨元素含量为 ( 5 .12± 0 .15 )mg/ g。实验组髂骨镁元素含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。钙、钠、锰、锶和钾元素含量两组比较无显著差别。结论 大鼠去卵巢 6个月后血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶。
Objective To study the changes of serum enzymes and magnesium of bone elements in rats after oophorectomy.Methods Serum alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphtase and bone-specific alkaline posphatase of 15 female rats,60 weeks of age, were determined separately before oophorectomy as control group and after six months following oophorectomy as experimental group.The rats were then sacrificed and calcium,magnesium,sodium,manganese.strontium and potassium contents of ilia were determined by neutron activation analysis technique and taken as experimental group.The same bone elements of another 15 intact female rats,60 weeks of age, were similarly determined as control group.Results Activities of alkaline phosphatase, acid pbosphatase and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase were(21.23±7.11)U/L,(19.32±4.78)U/L and(15.08±3.54)U/L respectively before ooophorectomy and(15.39±5.80)U/L,(12.92± 2.41)U/L and (5.56±1.08)U/L respectiveiy after oophorectomy.Activities of alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase were significantly lower after oophorectomy than before oophorectomy (P< 0.001).Magnesium content of ileum was(5.12±0.15)mg/g in oophorectomy group and(5.12±0.15)mg/g in the control group respectively.Magnesium content of ilium in the oophrectomy group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). There were no significant differences in calcium,sodium,manganese,strontiun and potassium contents of ilium between the oophorectomy group and the control group.Conclusion Activities of serum alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase and magnesium content of ileum were significantly lowered after six months following oophorectoy in rats.
