端粒酶活性与Bcl-2蛋白在胃癌及癌旁组织中表达及其意义

Telomerase Activity and Expression of Bcl-2 Proteinin Gastric carcinoma and Paracancerous Tissue

目的 探讨端粒酶活性和Bcl - 2蛋白表达在胃癌及癌旁组织中的作用。方法 应用原位杂交技术和免疫组织化学方法 ,对 32例胃癌组织进行了端粒酶 -mRNA和Bcl- 2蛋白的检测。结果 端粒酶 -mR NA和Bcl- 2蛋白表达在胃癌组织内表达率很低 ,两者无负相关性。端粒酶在胃印戒细胞癌组织内过表达。Bcl- 2在胃黏膜的淋巴滤泡和淋巴组织内过表达。结论 端粒酶活性激活与Bcl- 2蛋白表达在胃癌组织内无负相关性。

Objective To investigate the telomerase activity and the expression of Bcl-2 protein in gastric carcinoma and paracancerous tissue. Methods Telomerase activity and Bcl-2 protein of 32 cases gastric carcinoma tissue were detected by in situ hybridization and immunochemical method.Results Telomerase mRNA and Bcl-2 protein were low expression in gastric carcinoma tissue, and the two matter were not negative correlation. Telomerase was over expression in gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma. Bcl-2 protein was over expression in lymph tissue and lymph follicle of stomach. Conclusion Telomerase activity and expression of Bcl-2 protein were not negative correlation in gastric carcinoma.
