摘要 噬菌体表呈现展示技术 (PhageDisplayTechniques ,PDT)是将编码外源肽或抗体可变区的DNA片段插入噬菌体表面特定蛋白基因中 ,以融合形式与噬菌体的表面蛋白共同表达于噬菌体表面的技术 ,它将基因型与表型、分子结合活性与噬菌体的可扩增性结合在一起 ,是一种高效的筛选系统 ,因而在抗原表位的模拟、蛋白质工程的改造、单克隆抗体的制备、药物筛选及疫苗研制等方面 。 The phage display technique is inserted the coding exogenous peptide or alternative DNA segment of antibody into the specific protein gene on bacteriophage surface and express on the surface with confluenced with surface protein. It is a high effective screen system with combination of gene, phenotype, molecular activity and bacteriophage amplification. It had been widely used in antigen epitope modelling, protein engineering improvement, preparation of monoclone antibody, drug screening and study on vaccine.
