摘要
目的 :观察氟康唑对泌尿系统真菌感染的治疗效果。方法 :泌尿系统真菌感染 1 5例 ,用氟康唑 2 0 0mg,静脉滴注 ,bid ,疗程一般为 7～ 1 0d ,临床症状基本控制后改为氟康唑 1 0 0mg,bid,po,维持治疗 1 5～ 2 0d。结果 :总有效率为 93 .3% ,真菌清除率为 86 .7% ,不良反应发生率为 2 0 .0 % ,无严重不良反应。结论 :氟康唑为治疗泌尿系统真菌感染安全而有效的药物。
Objective:To observe the effect of fluconzole in treating urinary tract fungal infections. Method:15 patients with urinary tract fungal infections were given fluconzole 200 mg, intravenous drip, bid, from 7 to 10 days. When their clinical signs were alleviated, the dosage of fluconzole was reduced to 100 mg, po, bid, from 15 to 20 days for supporting treatment. Results:The clinical efficacy rate was 93.3%, the fungus clearance rate being 86.7%. The adverse reaction of fluconzole was very little. Conclusion:Fluconzole is a kind of effective drug for treating the urinary tract fungal infections.
