摘要
采用脑血管Willis环集中参数模型来分析和模拟几种常见脑血管疾病 :颈动脉狭窄、椎动脉狭窄、动静脉畸形对脑血管的压力流量波的影响 ,并且结合典型病例的临床数据进行对比。研究和归纳这几种脑血管疾病的血液动力学特征 ,分析力学模型的结果和临床进行测量 。
The research on hemodynamics of cerebral vascular diseases is closely correlated to their clinical prediction and diagnosis. The circulation system of the brain is a network with four input ports which essentially differ from the body circulation. A lumped parameter model proposed earlier was applied in the current paper to analyze and simulate ordinary diseases such as carotid structure, vertebral artery straitness and AVM and their impacts on the pressure and flux of the vascular system. The comparison of the clinical data was also drawn in the paper. In conclusion, the characteristics of some cerebral vascular diseases was investigated and summarized as well as the numerical results were measured with clinic. Some useful references were provided to improve the clinical diagnosis.
