自然流产病因分类与中医证型相关性研究——附310例临床资料分析

Correlation Between the Causes and Syndromes of Spontaneous Abortion in Chinese Medicine:An Analysis of 310 Cases

运用现代微观检测方法明确 310例自然流产患者的病因 ,结果显示与免疫因素有关的病例有 172例 (5 5 4 8% ) ,其中免疫功能低下者 92例 (2 9 6 8% )、自身免疫异常者 4 2例 (13 5 5 % )、同种免疫异常者 38例 (12 2 6 % ) ;其次为与内分泌因素有关的病例有 87例 (2 8 0 6 % )。按中医辨证分型 ,肾气亏虚型 16 1例 (5 1 93% ) ,气血亏虚型 6 2例 (2 0 0 0 % ) ,实证或虚实夹杂证 87例 (2 8 0 7% )。提示 :从自然流产的西医病因分类与中医辨证的相关性上可探索中西医结合的诊治规律。

The causes of spontaneous abortion in 310 cases were detected by modern methods.Results:172 cases were involved in immune factors,diminished immunity in 92 cases,autoimmune abnormality in 42 cases,homoimmune abnormality in 38 cases;and 87 cases were involved in endocrine factors.According to syndrome differentiation,161 cases were of kidney qi deficiency,62 cases of qi blood deficiency,and 87 cases of excess or excess deficiency syndrome.
