急性再生障碍性贫血的中医药治疗及用药经验谈

On the Treatment of Acute Aplastic Anemia by Chinese Medicine

中华中医药学会内科血液病专业委员会的专家教授 ,分别介绍急性再生障碍性贫血的中医辨治方法与用药经验。认为本病病机为脾肾亏乏、损精耗血、温毒伏热、伤髓损阴 ,治疗采用清热养阴、泻火止血治标 ,顾护精气 ,调理脾肾治本 。

This paper presents the treatment methods and medication experience of some experts in the treatment of acute aplastic anemia.It is believed that acute aplastic anemia is caused by spleen kidney asthenia,essence blood loss,warm toxin accumulation and marrow deficiency,and should be treated by clearing heat and enriching yin,draining fire and stanching blood,nourishing spleen and kidney,as well as some supportive or rescue therapies.
