摘要
为探讨药物流产残留的保守治疗方法。对 10 4例B超确诊药流残留并要求保守治疗的患者随机平均分为 2组。观察组 5 2例采用桂枝茯苓胶囊配伍紫草口服 ,对照组 5 2例采用催产素肌肉注射。治疗 1周后复查B超。结果 :观察组显效率 88 4 % ,对照组显效率 5 5 7% (P <0 0 1)。
To seek the treatment method of residual placenta after medicinal abortion,104 women by B ultrasonic examination,who were defined to have residual placenta,were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 52 cases were given'Guizhi Fuling Capsule'and oral liquid of Radix Arnebiae Lithospermi and control group in which another 52 cases were given intramuscular injection of oxytocin,both groups with a course of one week.Results:The marked effective rate was 88 4% in treatment group and 55 7% in control group, P <0 01.
