摘要 目的 :研究模拟失重条件下肺微血管通透性的变化。方法 :采用尾悬吊来模拟失重 ,分为悬吊 7d和2 1d及对照 4组 ,每组 10只健康雄性SD大鼠 ,共 4 0只大鼠。用肺泡毛细血管对异硫氰酸荧光素钠标记的右旋糖苷通透性指数表示肺泡毛细血管通透性并对其进行了测定 ,并采用免疫组织化学技术检测肺组织的血管通透因子的改变情况。结果 :7d悬吊组模拟失重大鼠肺微血管通透性指数显著增大 (P <0 0 1) ,且 2 1d悬吊组模拟失重大鼠肺微血管通透性指数仍较大 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但同 7d悬吊组相比增大程度已明显降低 ;7d尾悬吊模拟失重大鼠肺组织血管通透因子的表达水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且 2 1d悬吊组模拟失重大鼠肺组织血管通透因子的表达水平仍较高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但增高程度已明显低于 7d悬吊组。结论 :在模拟失重条件下肺组织微血管通透性增高 。 Objective:To investigate the effect of simulated weightlessness on alveolocapillary permeability in healthy rats Methods: Experiments were conducted on 40 Spragno Dawley male rats,divided into 4 groups:suspended for 7d,control of 7d and suspended for 21d,control of 21d Tail suspension(-30° ) was used as weightlessness simulation The permeability index of fluorescein isothiocyanate dextran was used to characterize the alveolocapillary permeability and measured The condition of vascular permeability factor in pulmonary tissues was examined by immunohistochemistry Results: The permeability index of 7d tail suspended rats increased significantly( P <0 01) and that of 21d also increased significantly( P <0 05),but the permeability index of 21d tail suspended rats increased less than that of 7d The level of vascular permeability factor in pulmonary tissues of 7d tail suspended rats increased significantly( P <0 05) and that of 21d also increased significantly( P <0 05),but the level of vascular permeability factor of 21d tail suspended rats increased less than that of 7d Conclusion: The alveolocapillary permeability increases during simulated weightlessness and can recover a bit as simulated weightlessness goes on
